Important to Note

Air Travel:

Everyone is responsible for booking their flights into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) using their Southland PCard.

Ground transfers:

There is a 45-to-60-minute drive from the airport to the hotel. Please plan to arrive at the hotel and be ready for the Welcome Dinner.

Airport Transfers:

Private transfers will be set up based on the arrival and departure times provided in your traveler form.

Passport/travel reminder:

A simple reminder that attendees and guests need a valid passport for travel to Mexico. Check the expiration date! If they would like to expedite check-in at the St. Regis, they can email Susan pictures of their passports to share with the hotel in advance (totally optional).
