Southland has reserved your room as part of our group room block at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. on February 24, and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. on February 28.

Important to Note

Air Travel:

You may begin booking your flights now. Attendees are responsible for booking their own air travel to Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) using their Southland PCard for all airfare expenses.

Ground Transfers:

Ground transportation from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) to the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort will be provided. The drive to the resort is approximately 45–60 minutes.

When booking your flight, please plan your arrival time accordingly to allow enough time for the transfer to the resort, check-in, and to be ready for the Welcome Dinner that evening.

Specific ground transportation details will be provided at a later date once we have received flight information for all travelers.

Passport Reminder:

All attendees and guests will need a valid passport for travel to Mexico. Please take a moment to check your passport’s expiration date well in advance of the trip.
