Through this compliance, we also ensure that our customers benefit by receiving the best pricing and/or the best value. Price-fixing, bid-rigging, and market division are among practices strictly forbidden under anti-trust and anti-corruption laws. In broad terms, any direct or indirect understanding of or agreement with a competitor concerning or affecting prices or a decision whether to submit a proposal on a project is forbidden. For these reasons, any joint venture agreements with other businesses must have the prior approval of both the COO or Regional President and the CFO.
