Southland also expects that all contracts will be awarded based upon proper standards — the best value for the company and customer, which does not always mean the lowest. Value also takes into account the quality of the craftsmanship, equipment, goods or services, safety record, the dependability and financial stability of the provider, and the reliability of the delivery schedules, along with price, along with any other criteria or factors relevant to the specific work, Southland, or its customer.
